Cut and come again lettuce is pretty amazing! You cut the poor things and they just keep growing. I've eaten a bowl or two of salad from my garden but this was my first big harvest, and it might just enough for the four of us for dinner. The peas are flowering and the tomatoes are all planted out I have two more trays of lettuce growing and my potato and squash are both looking nice.i can't wait for warmer sunnier sky's and more food growing in my garden!
